Kedas Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kedas, we want you to feel great about every purchase. If a kurti, sneaker, T-shirt, or pair of jeans doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back or swap it for something else—provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and still carries all factory tags and loops.

Undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged because of hygiene.

Return window: You have three calendar days from the date our tracking shows the parcel as delivered to let us know you’re sending an item back. Anything received after that window, or missing its tags, will be returned to you.

Fair-use policy: To keep the service fair for every shopper, returns that reach 25 percent of your lifetime Kedas orders will trigger a courtesy email reminding you of the limit. If the percentage climbs to 45 percent, the return option in your account is paused until your ratio falls below 25 percent. If you believe a block was applied in error, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Pickup and charges: Reverse pickup by our courier partners is free for all serviceable Indian pin codes. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we release the refund. Pre-paid orders go back to the original payment source; Cash-on-Delivery orders are reimbursed via bank transfer. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges: If you prefer another size, colour, or style, request an exchange instead of a refund. We will ship the replacement after the returned item clears inspection. Any price difference will be settled at that time.

Disputes and missing parcels: Wrong-brand returns, incomplete packages, or lost shipments are typically resolved within five working days of being reported. Unresolved issues will be escalated to our independent grievance officer.
